When will Marijuana be Federally Legal?

Could Cannabis become Federally legal in the United States?

As we see individual States across the USA legalize Marijuana, we wonder if it will ever be ACTUALLY legal.  Cannabis has forever been in it’s own gray area. Is it medicinal, addictive, psychosis causing?  People never get a concrete answer due to opposing propaganda.

With new laws opening up to medical marijuana, testing has being increasingly proliferate. The more studies that are being done, the positives are begging to outweigh the negatives in medicinal use of marijuana. Specifically CBD Oils in treatment of seizures, cancer, mood disorders and pain management.

As States one by one are legalizing cannabis, we see many products including the THC and CBD hit the market. This gives access to many of those in need of this medicine, but also access to products that are unregulated. We need to Federal Government to step in, fully legalize these products and regulate them. Cannabis has proven to have countless health benefits and it’s time to give up the propaganda attached to this plant.
